  • Report at Delhi Volvo Boarding Point (Kashmere Gate) by 7:30 PM
  • Board premium Volvo coach with comfortable seats, legroom & onboard amenities
  • Overnight journey in luxury Volvo through scenic Himalayan route

  • Morning arrival; representative escorts guests from Volvo stand to hotel by private transfer
  • Check-in to Premium/Luxury Hotel; early check-in subject to availability
  • Leisure time
  • Around 2:30 PM: Local sightseeing covering Hadimba Devi Temple, Club House, Tibetan Monasteries, Van Vihar
  • Evening free time at Mall Road for shopping, cafes, and strolls
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Manali

  • After breakfast: full-day excursion to Solang Valley / Snow Point / Gramphu, subject to weather and local permissions
  • Optional adventure activities payable directly at venue: paragliding, snow scooters and sledging, skiing/seasonal snow activities
  • Return to hotel, dinner, overnight stay

  • Breakfast, check-out from hotel, proceed to Kullu

  • Any airfare, train ticket & insurance premiums
  • Cost for supplementary service, upgradation charges, guide, room heater, entrance fees
  • Personal expenses: laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips including driver tips
  • Activity charges: paragliding, river rafting, mountain biking, pony ride fees, etc.
  • Any extra cost from mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities including landslides or road blockage; payable on the spot by guest
  • 5% GST extra if billing is required

  • 50% of total package cost required to confirm booking
  • Remaining 50% to be paid after confirmation voucher is sent

  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing
  • Token amount is non-refundable in all cases
  • Cancellations made 15 days prior to travel date: cancellation charges apply, 25%-50% of total package cost
  • 100% retention charge for cancellations within 15 days of travel date, or no-show
  • No refunds for missed/unused services including flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, permits, or other services
  • Dream Holidayz reserves the right to cancel invoice due to insufficient advance payment below the 50% threshold
  • Services may be stopped and refunds withheld if a client is suspected of illegal activity or violent behavior
